SPS’s D&I Champions have transformed inclusion across the organisation, building a diverse, intersectional collective of Executive Sponsors and Employee Resource Group Leads who embed equity into every part of the business. Over two years, the team has established eight thriving ERGs, strengthened leadership accountability, challenged the status quo and created a culture where belonging and wellbeing are central to organisational success. Their work spans inclusive recruitment, policy review, accessibility guidance, data‑driven insight, lived‑experience storytelling and innovative initiatives such as the “Let’s Talk About…” internal podcast. By amplifying underrepresented voices, developing practical resources for managers and driving meaningful conversations across the workforce, the Champions have reshaped SPS’s culture and positioned inclusion as a strategic priority. Their commitment, collaboration and courage continue to advance equity, representation and engagement across the entire organisation.
