Diversity Teams Award

Liverpool Women’s Anti-Racism Programme is a Trust priority, reflecting its commitment to becoming an actively anti-racist organisation. The programme opposes racism through purposeful action to identify, discuss and challenge racism and its impact on the organisation, its systems and its people. Rejecting neutrality, Liverpool Women’s is committed to an equitable approach that values difference and promotes fairness. The Trust recognises that further progress is essential and that anti-racism is fundamental to attracting and retaining the talented, diverse workforce needed to maintain its longstanding reputation for safe care and outstanding experiences. As the programme develops and is rolled out across the Trust, the Anti-Racism Hub will provide useful materials, practical resources and thought-provoking ideas to build understanding, encourage reflection and support sustained anti-racist action throughout the organisation.
