What is your diversity tech initiative? Please provide an overview.

Kinverse was created to remove bias from the workplace. Initially, there were three key pillars, Attract, Retain and Re-Deploy, which would remove bias from the process associated with these three key stages. Kinverse’s overarching Audit and Assessment offering, helps organisations understand where they need to focus to become a more inclusive and equitable organisation.
This is the starting point for any organisation that is serious about their D&I journey. Starting at the wrong point, or going in the wrong direction can set the organisation back and lose the engagement of the employees. We focus on delivering data and insights to support organisations that are serious about their D&I initiatives,

How did your initiative come to fruition?

The idea for Kinverse was born out of a frustration of seeing systemic bias in the workplace. In the early days of our employment, we would have contributed and being part of the problem that needed to be solved. Like a poacher turned gamekeeper, we knew the tricks that was being used deliberately or by accident, that needed to be changed. We created Kinverse to support candidates an employee’s as they navigate the journey through the workplace.

Why do you think you have been nominated for this award?

We would love to say that we have already made a massive impact and helping to change their environment around the world. In reality, we have only just started on our journey so not able to claim world domination just yet. I would hope that we have been nominated by organisations that we have already made a difference in.
What impact you have had on your target audience?
The organisations that we have already supported, now understand where they need to start, on their own individual journeys. The insight that we provide, not only focuses their diversity and inclusion initiatives, but also accelerates them through the depth of our data.

Our clients move from a position of “bestguestimate” to a factual starting point to embark in the right direction of their D&I Journey.

1st Review: Charlotte C, Head of People & Culture at 200 Degrees We have found here at 200 Degrees that the whole process Kinverse has provided from start to finish is highly effective in
analyzing our inclusivity within the company. I would 100% recommend Kinverse to other companies. By having a diversity and inclusion audit rolled out within the company, we have been enabled to create an equality, diversity, and inclusion action plan that will benefit the business and help employees feel supported, boosting employee engagement. The customer service has been second to none, and they have provided us with all the information we needed to find out what the survey entailed.
2nd Review: Toby Culshaw, Amazon, Talent intelligence Collective We partnered with the team at Kinverse to do an industry first deep dive into the DEI make up of the Talent Intelligence industry. The process was smooth, the data rich and insightful and the output visually apealing. I would 100% recommend Kinverse to all companies and organisation wanting to better understand their workforce or member data.
