Paul is a DEIB advocate and has a remarkable 31-year career in the Talent Acquisition sector, shaped by his personal journey of self-discovery and resilience. Growing up in Caerphilly, South Wales, Paul hid his true self until his mid-30s, when significant life events led him to embrace his identity. His experiences fuel his passion for social mobility and creating inclusive environments. A pivotal moment in his career was leading recruitment efforts for the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics, for which he was awarded a British Empire Medal. Today, Paul now leads DEIB for AMS, a global talent solutions and advisory business. An avid runner, Paul finds balance through physical and mental well-being, and remains steadfast in his commitment to making a positive impact, despite challenges facing DEIB initiatives in the UK and US.
