Xplore DisAbility is a lived‑experience‑led inclusion platform created to transform how people understand disability by helping them experience the everyday barriers society creates. Founded by a former Great Britain Para Athlete with left‑sided hemiplegic cerebral palsy, the initiative is built from decades of coaching, consultancy and advocacy supporting disabled people to access sport, education and employment. Xplore DisAbility uses immersive, scenario‑based learning shaped by real situations faced by disabled people, enabling schools, businesses and organisations to move beyond awareness and build genuine cultural change. The platform challenges perceptions, strengthens confidence around disability and shows how small adjustments create meaningful inclusion. Alongside the technology, its founder continues to work as an educator, consultant and international classifier, driven by a commitment to ensure disabled people can live, learn and earn without barriers.
